GPR Funding is a program designated by the EPA to promote green infrastructure by funding projects and products that provide water and energy efficiency improvements.  The EPA requires that not less than 20% of the funds made available to each State for Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) capitalization grants be used by the state for projects to address green infrastructure, water or energy efficiency improvements, or other environmentally innovative activities.
